- Daniel P. Gerash has been a trial lawyer in Colorado for 17 years. He is a managing partner with the Denver law firm of Gerash Steiner & Toray, P.C. He is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, toxic tort and criminal defense. He has been lead and co-counsel in many complex civil cases involving catastrophic medical malpractice including birth injuries, brain injuries, anesthesiology, and surgical cases.
